I made the Super Charge cookies too, but I didn't really care for them, mine were dry and crumbly and kind of bland.

The 'meat' loaf and little potato finger things have me so drooling right now.Judyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16341350399360381771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-42602880465969572812007-12-24T07:41:00.000-08:002007-12-24T07:41:00.000-08:00I want to come to your house and eat. Do you think Karo would share her recipe for those tasty appetizers? They look so good. Lentils are the bomb! They are just the best little legumes on the planet. This post is just chocked full of delicious goodness.

Have a very Merry Christmas!Sheree'https://www.blogger.com/profile/00278580803747960582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-55100289122266595592007-12-23T11:40:00.000-08:002007-12-23T11:40:00.000-08:00WOW, so many great meals! I do like the homemade touch of yours though.

That's an awful lot of good food for someone who's been eating a lot of takeout ;-) I do remember meatloaf sandwiches from my childhood days and the thought of such a thing grosses me out now but that vegan loaf sure does look good!

And interesting your take on the Voluptuous Vegan book. We just picked a menu from there for our Xmas dinner but I was thinking I'm not that crazy about how it's laid out by menu. I guess I end up thinking I should make the whole menu and then not wanting to take the time to do so and thus never using the book. There are definitely some good individual recipes in there though that we should use more often.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-33878861377980781452007-12-22T08:40:00.000-08:002007-12-22T08:40:00.000-08:00You always eat so well! I hope all your trip preparation is coming along well.

I finally got to buy wildwood yogurt here in CA (couldn't find it in NY!), and it's waiting for me in the fridge, maybe I'll have it for breakfast!
