Sometimes I miss the old days of oil-excess — it does make pasta taste good. Now, it just tastes too oily! I hope my kids remember that we sat down to dinner every night as a family, and I made full-out vegan dinners. :) Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16146578985330272891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-27608440411500116432013-10-02T07:05:59.589-07:002013-10-02T07:05:59.589-07:00Garlic noodles = yummmmmmmmmm yummmmmmmmmm!Garlic noodles = yummmmmmmmmm yummmmmmmmmm!rika@vmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08901767751926870086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-5490563245535926082013-10-01T22:52:50.366-07:002013-10-01T22:52:50.366-07:00I loooove garlic too Amey! I looked forward to reading about your lovely, comforting memories like I look forward to seeing beloved old friends. A job very, very well done, Amey! (Except now I feel like I know your relatives so well, if I see them in real life I will probably cause a scene of embarrassment for all involved.)Randi (laughfrodisiac)http://www.laughfrodisiac.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-54677031457427842752013-10-01T06:30:00.546-07:002013-10-01T06:30:00.546-07:00Yay for continuing Noshtalgia beyond MoFo! Sometimes I'll use basil instead of parsley, and last time I added artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes (it worked!), but nothing beats the old fashioned way. I make a big batch so I can bring the leftovers for lunch (my co-workers love me :-) ).Debbie @ Live from La Quintahttp://livefromlaquinta.comnoreply@blogger.com
