I threw some in some soup, but was unimpressed, but then I made it just as a grain on its own and served it with baked beans and soy curls (and a nice side of swiss chard). But now I find myself "stuck" in Florida with a Rosemary bush out the back door, pecans from a nearby tree and the beach close by. So I made roasted pecans tossed with rosemary and sea salt - a great savory treat among all the sweet goodies. Thanks for taking the time to create another cookbooklette giveaway!
