I am so lazy that even this step can annoy me. I have to actually GO OUTSIDE to pick some lemons, and then juice them. Oh, it's so much work. :) But at least I only have to do it every couple of weeks. (to be fair - salad nights are the nights when I don't get home from teaching until 9 pm, so I am always really tired. that's part of why I am so lazy about making salad dressing!)Ameyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00291071425858947632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32492687.post-18824389489235110522012-10-25T11:06:49.874-07:002012-10-25T11:06:49.874-07:00Kittee Bubs! I remember feeling so bummed that I'd spent all that money on flax oil, a huge tin of nutritional yeast, and whatnot. That being said, I'd really like to try Mr. VE&T's version. I like everything in the ingredient list, and I'm more of a nutritional yeast fan now than I was back then. I love that adorable drawing of you bathing in the dressing, smacking your lips! Super cute! My go-to dressing is a cilantro & garlic cashew-based dressing, and I love having it on hand. My husband gets tired of it sometimes, but I'm happy to eat it every day!
