Usually, I'm a cereal girl. It's not that I'm so totally proud of that, just that I'm hungry and lazy in the morning. But lately I've been on a different kick:
Wildwood plain soy yogurt (on the bottom), a handful of pumpkin flax granola, a mess of fresh fruit, a spoonful of Omega 3 powder, and a drizzle of agave. So filling and yummy. I also like it because I can use whichever fruits I've got sitting around in my fridge, so it's a little bit different every morning.
That looks so good! I am jealous, I totally just have toast for breakfast.
ReplyDeleteIs the pumpkin flax granola from Trader Joe's? Because I've bought some from there, and it's quite tasty. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's SO beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI've been on a soy yogurt & granola kick lately too! Must be the weather.

ReplyDeleteMy oh my ... is that your definition of lazy breakfast??! They look ABSOLUTELY scrumptious to me!! Man, I'm craving muesli with fruit now - and it's dinner time :0(
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great looking and healthy breakfast.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I saw in your post below about boiled peanuts....I've never had them and I am trying to imagine what they must feel and taste like....
Oooh, what a refreshing breakfast!! I'm loving the abundance of fresh berries :0)
ReplyDeletePumpkin flax granola?? That sounds amazing! The mix of fresh fruits looks refreshing and oh so juicy as well.
ReplyDeleteSimply gorgeous! What a great way to start the day.
ReplyDeleteThis is so similar to what I do almost every day, except I've never had Omega 3 powder - it sounds very good and healthy and I should probably be eating it!...my granola doesn't have pumpkin in it, but pumpkin sounds awesome! I sprinkle salba or chia seeds on top sometimes - and it's so darn delicious I find myself making it as a snack throughout the day :)
ReplyDeleteI love that pumpkin flax granola, and that looks like a delicious way to eat it. Yum!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! That's pretty much my summer breakfast (although no granola and I add walnuts!) Taking every advantage of all the wonderful fruit this time of year!
ReplyDeleteI love that granola. It's the best flavor by that company in my opinon. I love this blog too. You are very creative and thorough.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like breakfast utopia to me! But if that's what you consider a lazy breakfast, I can't imagine what an elaborate one looks like at your place!
ReplyDeleteThat picture is too gorgeous for words! Wow. You just KNOW it's healthy by looking at it...
ReplyDeleteI was going to have raisin bran for breakfast, but I think I'll change my plans...
ReplyDeleteThat's a great way to get a bunch of food groups in at once! And it's so pretty...
ReplyDeleteI love breakfasts like this, where you put a little of everything together and it ends up really filling and good for you.
ReplyDeleteI would trade in my cereal for that anyday!
