Official Week of Mr. Vegan Eats & Treats continues:
The anticipation for tonight's special request dinner had been building all day...
Mr. Vegan Eats & Treats loves these Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes from Vegan Brunch SO much. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've made them. Tonight he declared: "This might just be the best thing you've ever cooked!!!" Hoorah! Truth be told, he successfully talked me into preparing a double batch... and now I've got a whole tupperware full of the tempeh mixture in the fridge. Looks like Mr VE&Ts is gonna get his special favorite meal twice! Lucky him!
i love these posts! they are making me suspect that your domestic life might involve as much silliness as mine. silly dances are a big part of my daily routine.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have tempeh here but I have heard so much about those tempeh cakes, they look amazing! I guess all the hype is true!
